SUGGESTED ALLIANCES. Received August 25, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, August 24. Bercs, the Czecho-Slovakran Foreign Minister, has reached London from Belgrade, where he concluded a defensive alliance with Sorria. Ho new hopes to convert this into a Triple Alliance through securing the adhesion of R-ou-n.rnia. The latter also desires to see Greece and Poland within the Alliance.
