A POLICY OF SABOTAGE. SYDNEY, August 22, The Trade Union Congress launched a proposal, which will have the effect of maintaining a settled policy of sabotage ip the event of further tion. The organisation of the schema is based on the One Big Union con-' sfitntion, unions being grouped accord jing to the various industries in which members are engaged. The principal weapon will be the go-slow strike. Shop Committees will be formed in every place of business where action is required, which will he by vote of the delegates of various unions, reduction of output to continue until the matter is decided by congress. Dele j gates decided that if warships are used for deportations all workers will refuse employment in any capacity on vessels', and distribute propagandist literature among the crews. Printing trade employees will refuse to handle matter for newspapers concerning a fight which is not regarded by the Unions as accurate.
