SUGAR REFINERY.

EMPLOYEES STILL OUT, (Per United Press Association,) AUCKLAND, August 21. Another hitch prevents resumption of work at Chelsea Sugar Refinery. The men want an assurance when they will he employed, and an understanding. The company declines again to employ three men concerned in the strike, and the men decline to return to work unless all are reinstated. They stated this was one of the conditions of their agreeing to arbitration. The Kaitangata’s coal was discharged at Chelsea today. Arbitration proceedings have been postponed till Thursday.
