ATHIRST FOR ORDERS

BUSINESS EXPLANATION OF THE RUSH TO EUROPE. NEW YORK, June 26. With all passenger lines to Europe reporting all accommodation booked up for tho next three months, large numbers of would-bo travellers are seeking passage on freight steamers. Tourists figure in this great eastward bound movement to a smaller extent than had been supposed. Apart from foreigners, who were prevented by the war from returning to their native Countries, the larger number of passengers are representatives of business houses, bent on buying and selling goods, or investigating on the spot the conditions in the Scandinavian and Central European countries, especially Germany, and the prospects for future trade there.
