ANGLO-FRENCH LOAN
Received—August 20, 9.30 a.m. NEY YORK, August 18. M. Jean V. Parmentier, Administrator of the French Ministry of Finance, reached here yesterday. The purpose of his visit is to float a loan of a hundred millions in the United States with which to pay the French part of the Anglo-French loan of two hundred and fifty millions due in October.
