At the Supreme Court a charge of manslaughter against Robert Bruce Forsyth, arising out of a Collision between a* motor-car and a tram-car on May 22, as the result of which William Arthur 'Griffon, a passenger in the motor-car, lost his fife, was concluded. A decree nisi Was granted in the undefended divorce petition of Jane v. James Craig, on the grounds of deser' trim arid failure to nrt.mtain.
