WANTS VAST ARAB KINGDOM. Received August 12, 10.40 a-.m. PARIS, August 11. King Hcdjaz has refused to sxgu the Turkish Treaty. Le Matin says that the King insists on Svria being given Feisul, indicating his ambition to create a vast Arab kingdom, in which his sons in Syria and Mesopotamia will only bo his lieutenants.
