REPAYMENT OF ANGLO-FRENCH LOANS. NEW YORK, August 10. . M. i Cascpave. Director-Geacral of French Services in the United States, announced that France will ship five’ hundred million dollars of gold shortly to mature the French share of the Anglo-French loan of five hundred mil-, lion dollars. She has already retired' fifty million dollars in bonds. A similar amount will be purchased between the new and mature date (October 15th) and an .attempt mode to refund 126' million dollars by a new loan. Britain has already purchased over two hundred million dollars’ worth of bonds and arranged to pay the remaining fifty million of the share, by gold shipments.
