HIS MAJESTY'S. “SILENT STRENGTH.” , Harry Morey will be seen on the screen of His Majesty’s 'Theatre to night in “Silent Strength,” a feature in which he assumes a dual role. This is said to be one of the strongest of such stories to be offered a male star to portray, for in its various unusual twists, and situations dramatic (rises of great power are developed. Mr Morey appears as cousins, Dan Ja Roche, a man of nature, in love wml the forests in which he has made his home, and also as Henry Crozier, a financier of the great city who stoops to foul means to achieve his ends. The supporting pictures include “The Co-operative Weekly Review” and a 2000 feet comedy, entitled “Sally’s Blighted Career.” The box plan is at Upton’s music warehouse.

GARRISON BAND RECITAL,

On Sunday evening, the Garrison Band, under Mr W. H. Partington a conduotorship, will give a grand recital in the Opera House. A very fine programme is being arranged and will include that magnificent selection which the band commenced. in His Majesty’s at the citizens’ concert last night, bu* could not finish ow’ng to a failure in the electric light. ■
