Maiden.—Marble Slab 1, Admiral Advance 2, Lord Bruce 3. Scratched: Glen Canny, Tinohoro and Delysian. Won by 21 lengths. Time, 1.30. Zealandia Handicap—liockfield 1, Ohinewaima 2, Crowhurst 3. Scratched —Madam Riston. No Mistake, and Glencauny. Won by half a length. Time. 1.27 2-5.
Hauraki Hurdles —Te Ton 1, Slowcoach 2, Lady Bruce 3. Scratched;— Silver Lode and St. Carl. Won by a length. Time, 3.50.

The Pahiatua races are being held in splendid weather. The track is in good order, and a large crowd is present. Results: Maiden Hack.—Mosthenes 1, Miss Love 2, Otauru Kid 3. Scratched ; Jolly Cove, Turpcnite, Graecian Girl, Hytinus and Salutus. Won by half a length. Time, 1.3 4-5. Baliance Handicap.—Railand 1, Hallo wv on ia 2, Retard 3. Scratched: Graecian Girl. Won by half a length. Time, 1.57 4-5.
