MUNICIPAL PICTURES.
VENTURE WELL IN HAND. It will not I© long now, in the ordinary course of events, before the Wanganui Borough Council launches out upon its venture of providing moving picture entertainments for th© puolic. Inquiries were made by a ‘'Herald” representative this morning, who waa informed that all arrangements had 1 been completed lor the supply of film and for other matters in connection with the venture. A start is to bo made immediately tho alterations to tho Opera House, which are now in hand, have been completed, and this is expected to be some time towards tire middle or end of April.
