PRINCE OF WALES.

VISIT TO WASHINGTON. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. WASHINGTON, November 11. The Prince of Wales has arrived. He was greeted by members of the Cabinet at the railway station, where there was a large crowd, despite the drizzling rain. The Prince first called on Mrs Wilson, and was afterwards admitted to the President’s bedroom. The Prince stood at the salute at the station while the National Anthem was played. A CORRECTION. WASHINGTON, November 11. The Prince of Wales did not visit President Wilson, who has now been permitted to leave his bed for the first time. Arrangements for a meeting have been postponed till Thursday, WASHINGTON, November 12. The Prince of Wales visited the Lincoln Memorial and the National Headquarters of the Red Cross, and also visited wounded soldiers.
