Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON, June 2.

Mr Godfrey Isaacs states that a wireless device is available now which will enable vessels to ascertain their position in a fog and detect the approach and approximate distance of other vessels. A new. transmitter will enable persons flying to know where they are as easily as a railway passenger looking out of a window. It could also be fitted on lightships and buoys to warn shipping.
