WANGANUI NURSING COMMITTEE.
MONTHLY MEETING-., Tito usual monthly meeting was hell in the Board’s office on Monday. There were present::—Mrs McKenzie (chair). Mesdames Spurdle,-Roche, Deem, Grant, Keesiiig, Williams, Silk, Reeve. Harper and (Juristic. Apologies for absence wcr received from Mrs Cummins and Miss Taylor. NURSES REPORT.—Nurse Berwick reported as follows'—423 visits paid, 10 now patients enrolled, 1G discharged, 1 sent to hospital, leaving 19 on the list. SYMPATHY".—A motion of sympathy was passed to Mrs Sampson in her recent beraevement. VISITORS’ REPORT. —Tlio visiting committee, Mrs Silk and Mrs Williams reported that they found cveryo.no well cared for, THANKS. —The committee desire to thank the following for donations: Mr Desmond, Mrs Seed, Mrs W. E. Smith, Mrs Boss, The Bed Cross Depot per Mrs ! Gifford Moore, a parcel of surgical dressings and bandtages Mrs Suisted a parcel of woollen goods. CLOTHING. —The committee have on their list several in need for boys’ clothing, and would bo glad of gifts of same. Parcels may be loft at the Hospital Board Office. VISITORS FOR MAY—Mrs Harper and Mrs Keesing.
