REORGANISING THE INDUSTRY. GOVERNMENT PLANS. Anitrxliaa and N.Z. Cable Association. Received April 3, 2.30 p.m. LONDON, April 3. In the House of Commons. Sir A. Boscawen said the Government had decided to introduce a Bill conferring on the Board of Agriculture full Ministerial status, completely re-orgauising tie administration with an active and creative policy, with, a view to developing agriculture. The Government hoped to restore and establish the production of many crops such as flax. hemp, tobacco, and also to encourage intensive culture on similar lines to France. The plans include a complete educational system and experimental farms.
