SOUTH ISLAND LOSES THREE SEATS. THREE ADDED TO NORTH ISLAND. \, (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON* October 4- - In the House this afternoon Mr Massey made a brief statement regarding the recommendations of the Representation Commissioners. In the South Island the Sehvyn, Central Otago, and Motueka seats will disappear- In the North Island there will be a new seat —Mauawatu —with Foxton as the centre, another with Rotorua as the centre, and also one in. the Auckland suburbs.
