St. Leger Stakes—Kilboy 1, Bjorneborg 2. The. Toff 3. The only starters. Won by five lengths, three lengths between second and third. Time, 3.9 2-5. Pluuket Nursery Handicap—Elocution 1, Ronnie Maid 2, Kill'cm 3. Scratched: Kilflinn, Lady Mjlehreest, and Street Singer. Won by a neck, a head between second and third. Time, 1.2 2-5. Owing to the Railway Department's decision not to carry racehorses, the committee of the North Otago Jockey Club have decided to abandon the proposed meeting to be feeld next week.
