SAID TO BE INTOLERABLE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Services.) LONDON, April 17. The Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent has reliably learned that Turkey has informed her allies that the internal situation of Turkey is intolerable. Bulgaria is offering Turkey advantages, hoping to prevent Turkish defection, otherwise Bulgaria threatens to march oil Constantinople.
