CONSTANTINES CHANGED ATTITUDE. HOSTIIITT TO ENTENTE ABANDONED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) Received February 1, 8.40 a.m. ATHENS, January 31. The transfer of troops and munitions to Peloponnesus continues ceaselessly. King Constantine has abandoned his previous hostility to the Entente, and is extending courtesies towards Ministers. Ha has instructed officials and the press to follow his example. Their attitude is scrupulously correct.
