WIN FOR BRITISH DIPLOMACY.
WASHINGTON, October 2'!. The United States Government has sanctioned the formation cf an overseas trust company handling American products abroad, with as-mranres that they will not reach any of the belligerents belonging to lh' Teutonic combination. The company is exactly on tho lines of the Netherlands Overseas Trust Company. The formation is regarded as a notable mooes: for British diplomacy, and will tend to obviate the existing causes of friction in tiade between Britain and the tlnited States.
