A WARWICKSHIRE INCIDENT . TROUBLE IN SCOTTISH SCHOOLS. (Times and Svdnev Sun Services.) ' LONDON, March 6. Hundreds of scholars in Warwickshire struck as a protect against the decision of the authorities to enforce attendance after children had passed their .thirteenth birthday. They paraded the streets carrying flags, and damaged the school buildings. The police dispersed the crowd several times. The children in Scottish schools have also been causing trouble. They demanded a short school day, a half-holi-day, and no caning. When they returned each was given four strokes of the cane, the headmaster being kept busy for half an hour.
