Press Association—Telegraph—Copyrignt TOKIO, March 4; Commander Suzuki, chief ordnance instructor at the Naval College, has been dismissed from the service. He was arrested in connection with the naval scandals. Saito opposes the Upper House's pm [o-al to reduce the naval vote by seven millions sterling, as it will seriously hamper defence.
