THE RECENT MOTOR FATALITY. £2OOO DAMAGES CLAIMED. , (Per .United Press Association.) MARTON, June 25. Notice has been given to the Crown Law Office of an intended action claiming .£2OOO, damages in respect of the death of the late E. W. Broad at a level crossing in the Wellington road at Marton. It is alleged that a view of the approaching train was obstructed; that no sufficient warning 'whistle was given; and that the speed of the train was excessive.
