Decision was reserved in the caie of Green, Baill, and others v. Official Assignee in the estate of Patterson. In divorce, decrees nisi were granted in the cases Fowler v. Fowler and Modge, husband's petition; and Corrigan r. Corrigan, wife’s petition. AT NEW PLYMOUTH. NEW PLYMOUTH, June 23. In the Supreme Court, U. F. Smith, who was charged with indecent assault and common assault, and convicted on tin latter charge, was sentenced to twelve montW imprisonment, and declared an habitual criminal, the Judge saying be could not understand the jury’s verdict, as it was indecent assault or nothing.
