Received May 8, TO a.m. LONDON, May 7. ■’ The-two'bombs-Which were discovered contained detonators J with clockwork,! screws,' bolts, and explosives. The ticking of the clockwork in the bomb at St; Paul’s attracted the verger's notice. How it was placed in tho choir is a mystery.! '

LONDON, May 7. Ada Ward, who was arrested in connection; with the bomb at the Grand Hotel,' has been . discharged, tho police being satisfied with her alibi. ANOTHER CRICKET PAVILION BURNED. OTHER OUTRAGES ATTEMPTED. Received May 8, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, May 7. The Suffragettes burnt the cricket pavilion at Fulham, and also sot fire to an unoccupied house at Finchley, and attempted to bum two bungalows at Box Hill. "A FIENDISHLY POWERFUL BOMB.” Received May 8, 10.50 a.m. LONDON, May 7. Tho St. Paul’s bomb was the size of a pound mustard tin. Its explosion would have wrecked the choir, tho marblo reredos, and the Grindling-Gibbons’ carvings.
The police describe the bomb, as small, but fiendishly powerful. WHERE THE PLANS ARE HATCHED (Sydney Sun Cable.) LONDON, May 2. Tho fact having leaked out that tho actual planning of suffragette outrages is done in tho private houses qf sympathisers, and also in cafes, tho police are now watching all suspected places, with the object of carrying out a raid at the most favourable moment.
