MYSTERY AT MANGERE.
WOMAN’S AND GIRL'S CLOTHING ON BEACH. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 20. A woman's tweed coat, underskirt, slices, and stockings, also a light cloth coat such as would be worn bv a girl of 11 years of age have been found on the beach near Mangere. There was Is lid in silver in the woman's jacket, ami a child's handkerchief, sixpence, and a .school initial in the smaller coat. The clothing was quite dry, yet it is stated it must have been left on the beach after the last tide recoded. The affair is a complete mystery,
