AValler Diehard Sadler, who figured in what was known as (lie Cashel Street mystery, was tie fore the Court this morning, charged with having performed an illegal operation at .Kaiapoi on Harriet “ay Keatley, on April Sth, and a similar operation on the same girl at Wellington on April 20. "

Wilson gave evidence that Keatley was living at Christchurch when he learnt she was pregnant, and ho took her to her home at Kaiapoi.
