SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS. (Per United Press Association.) XAIT.MU, May 7. Air. A. U. .lull was re-elected chairman of the liar hour Hoard. He said it was impossible to declare a policy until the report of Me—is Cullen and Kecle, the two Australian engineers reporting on the harbour question, was received. The Public Works Department advised that, the Harbour Hoard plans for a railway embankment and bridge over the inner harbour in connection with the Mast Coast railway were in course of preparation, lint the draff shows it will not interfere with the proposed inner harbour scheme.
