MR. VEITCH CONGRATULATED. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, February 29. The Auckland branch of tho Labour Party unanimously passed a resolution congratulating Mr IV. A. Yeitch, M.P., on his political honesty and integrity, and while not committing itself to the w'isdom or otherwise of the pledges, condemning the action of the two so-called Labour politicians, Mcesrs Payne and Robertson, in breaking faith with their constituents. 1 he meeting was of the opinion that the two referred to should hand in their resignations. The resolution also stated that the Labour Party was in no way connected with the regrettable occurrence.
