Sir James Bryce and Mr. Knox signed tho first schedule of certain AugloVmeriean pecuniary claims with terms for their .submission to arbitration, in accordance with the terms of the agreement -signed last August. The conference subsequently considered the details of the proposed arbitration treaty, which will be completed in time to present to Congress for ratification.
