GOOD PROGRESS. WASHINGTON, July 7. Sir James Bryce and Mr. Knox signed tho first schedule of certain AugloVmeriean pecuniary claims with terms for their .submission to arbitration, in accordance with the terms of the agreement -signed last August. The conference subsequently considered the details of the proposed arbitration treaty, which will be completed in time to present to Congress for ratification.
