Mails are received at and despatched from Wanganui as indicated below. The names of offices given are terminals, and mails are despatched to all Post Offices intermediate with them. Late fee leters are accepted at the Chief Post Office up to ten minutes after the time of closing as indicated below, and at all trains conveying mails up to the time of departure. INWARD (DAILY). New Plymouth, Hawera, and intermediate offices ,11.20 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. Auckland (via New Plymouth), Monday and Thursday. Raetihi, Ohakune, and intermediate offices. 6 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3.45 p.m. TOWN RECEIVERS are cleared as under: 5 a.m—Connecting with North at 5.45 a.m., connecting with South at 6 a.m. 10.30 a.m.. and central letter boxes (see notice plate), 11.15 a.m. Connecting \vi‘h express south 11.30 a.m. 1 p.m.JConnecting with North at 1.45 p.m., connecting with South at 3.45 p.m.

Close at 6 a.m.. late fee , guard’s van 7 a.m. FRIDAY, JULY 14. For South Africa (due in Durban August 13), per s.s. Moaua. at Wellington, (..lose at 6 a.m., late lee 1 , guard’s van 7 a.m. SATURDAY, JULY 15. For Australia (due in Sydney July 21), connecting with s.s. Mahcno at Auckland. Close at 1 p.m., late fee 1.10 p.m., guard's van 1.13 p.m. FRIDAY, JULY 28. ' For United States of America, Canada, West Indies,' Central .America, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, via San Francisco (due in London August 28), also Rarotonga and Tahiti, connecting with s.s. at Auckland.
