RUGBA' FOOTBALL. TO-MORROW'S CUP MATCHES,

There should be some interesting football on the Per. to-merrow afternoon, when two Senior Cup matches will he played, both commencing at o'clock. The game between Old Boys and Pirates is expected to provide the finest struggle of the season. The Old Boys have been strengthened by the inclusion of throe new backs, and the side will be the strongest the bines have put in the field this season. In the circumstances, their supporters are confident that the bines will put up a great fight against the hitherto unbeaten blacks. In fact, some anticipate that the Pirates will suffer their first defeat. Bo this as it may, the contest should be an exciting one,and a fine display of football may be looked for. The other game, between AVanganui and Kaierau, is also expected to be ver— evenly contested, and should he worth witnessing. With such a bill-of-fare the attendance of spectators should be largo.
