GOLDAND SILVER EXPORT.

WELLINGTON, July 3. During the past six months Now Zealand exported 220,289 ounces of gold valued at ,£882,118, a doorcase compared with the return for the corresponding period of last year of 4289 ounces, valued at £0553. The quantity of silver sent away during the first half of the present year was 631,353 ounces, valued at £03,322, being' 273,933 minces .of the value of £27,314 less than in the corresponding period last year. Last months’ return shows a decrease in gold of 2526' ounces, valued at £8495, and a decrease in silver of 86,774 ounces, valued at £8606, compared with June, of last year.
