MEETING. ’THIRD DAY. A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. AUCKLAND, April 18. The A. R.C. Autumn Meeting is being concluded to-day in fine weather. There is a good attendance. Results:— Maiden Hurdles.—Don Quex 1. Celtic 2. Miss Explosion 3. All started. Don Ouex went to the front seven furlongs from home, and was never afterwards troubled, winning easily by three lengths. Time, 3.22. Onslow Stakes.—Worcester 1, Harrigan 2, Seawai 3. All started.* Worcester was iu front all the way. Won by a length; three lengths between second and thjrd. Time, 1.2.

Scratched—Full of Trumps. Won by a length. Time, 3.21 3-5. Autumn Nursery.—Culprit 1, Apliaea 2, Avarice 3. All started. Won by four lengths, half a length between second and third. Time, 1.2. Yaldhnrst Welter.—Countermine 1, Mumnra 2, Hy Lawyer 3. Scratched—lcdubar. Won by half a length, a head between second and third. Time, 1.28 4-5. Great Autumn Handicap.—Cheddar 1, Prim 2, Los Angeles 3. Scratched: Flambeau. Chief Lochiel was the first to show out, and carried the field along to the straight, where Cheddar ran up. Prim following. In a great finish, Cheddar won hy a head from Prim; Los Angelos, who put in n good late run, half a length uwsv. Chief Lochiel, Iranui. and Merrivonia were next in order. Time, 2.34.

In the Autumn Stakes at Randwick on Saturday Comedy King carried 8.7, Tra falgijr 9.3, and Ladv Medallist 8.12.
