POLL TO BE TAKEN IN WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 3. The scrutinising of the signatures to the petition praying that a poll be taken on. the half-holiday question discloses that the petition contains the names of more than ten per cent, of the total number on the roll, so that tho poll will be taken at the coming municipal elections.
