FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. NEW YORK, April 3. It is reported at Winnipeg-;that the obdy of a British; was found on the international boundary near Neclic. North Dakota. .Foul play is suspected. ■ The Neche immigration staff was. recently dismissed in consequence of alleged ill-treatment of immigrants, and two telephone employees swear that deceased was confined illegally in the immigration offices.
