Dictator Jara routed, the rebels, killing Bicquellin and capturing other rebel leaders. The Dictator admits that four officers and 100 men were killed. The rebels’ losses are unknown.

Rosario is the third city of the Argentine Republic, with an excellent harbour and large commerce, and has a population of 112.470.
