ANNUAL MEETING. .1 ’ ___ , 1 (Per United Press Association ) DUNEDIN. •March 20. The thirty-second animal ' meeting of Kompthorno, Prosser and Co.’s New Zealand Drug Company was held to-day. The annual report stated that the net profit for the year was £18,221 3s lUd, which, with the balance from last year, made <£24,812 12s Bd. The interim dividend paid for the half-year ended July absorbed .£7OOO, leaving £17,812 12s 8d to be dealt with. The directors recommended a dividend of 7 per cent, for the half-year, writing £ISOO off various plants, an addition of £2184 13s 5d to the general reserve (bringing it up to £33,000), and carrying forward £1127 19s 3d. The report wan unanimously, adopted. Messrs Brown and Bathgate were re-elected directors, and the, retiring auditors in the four centres worn rc-appointed. d, , . , .
