GREAT STORAGE DAM. OPENED. Press Association.- Telegraph.—Copyright. Received March 20, 8 a.m. NEW YORK, March 19. Mr. Roosevelt opened a groat storage dam at Arizona named after himself in connection with the Salt River irrigation project. The dam forms a reservoir twenty-five miles long, capable of irrigating 250,000 acres. It is expected that irrigation will make the valley the most fertile in America.
