A conference at Aussig under the auspices of the Eeichenberg Chamber of .Commerce-,-passed a unanimous resolution, which was sumiorted by the representatives of the Ministers of-.Commerce and Agriculture, emphasising Austria’s rights to the free navigation of the Elbe, It urged the Government to decline to negotiate with Germany concerning the imposition of shipping dues on the Elbe, no matter whatever compensation was offered for the modification of the Elbe treaties.
