Ministerial circles regret that Australia is unable to agree, to the. inclusion of New Zealand as a port of tall for the mail service. It is felt that Canada’s interests arc closely bound to New Zealand’s. The failure to foster trade relations would not be in keeping with the existence of a reciprocity treaty.
