A meeting was held in Mr C. TremewanV shop"last,evening to form a Thursday Boys’ Hookey Club. It was decided to call the club 1 The ‘Wanderers, and to affiliate to the Wanganui Hookey Association; The club' colours will he white shirt aid; datk knickers and the 1 Subscription Is. ‘ The following officers were elected:—President, Mr W. E. McElwain; , vice-president, Mr C. Parser; captain, McClusky; vioe-captain. Mailman; -secretary ‘and’ ./treasurer, .B. Gray; coach; Mr Con-Parker; Selection Committee, Messrs Parker. McClusky,- and Gray; Any boys wishing, to join . .the club are. requested to communicate- with B. Gray. , ,V Sherwood and Wanganui Ladies’ Clubs will play a match on Saturday, on the Eaceconrse at 3 p.m. The following members of Sherwood Club are requested to bo on the ground ,at the above time.: Misses Mack,- London, Allen,: Freeman, Clinton, Powell, Mclvor, W., Convill, Cannons, Sarten, and Allomes..
