FEILDING. A
is the result of a public meeting last night, protesting against the valuation of the borough, the Borough Councils at a special meeting to-day, met the officers of the Valuation Department, and asked for an all round pro rata reduction. The officers refused to recommend this. The Council ptased a motion to take steps to object to the whole valuation before the Assessment Court.
