Press Association. — Telegraph. — Copyright Received April 24, B*3o a.m. NEW YORK, April 23. Twenty miles of ice, from 20 to 70 feet thick, are piled up in the Niagara Riyer. Engineers are attempting to dynamite the ice-jam to prevent the overflow swamping Lewiston, Queenstone, Youngstown, and Niagara-on-t he-Lake.
