Russian Troops bringing Relief
Making Forced Marches.
Starving People clomouring at trie Consulates.
TEHERAN, April 23. Owing to the breaking of the armistice, and neglect to supply food, Russia is sending troops and food by forced inarches to Tabriz. The Russian Consul says that the Royalists at Tabriz did not receive the Shah's order to allow provisions to enter. The starving populace are clamouring at the British and Russian Consulates.
