A Change at St. Patrick's Oollege (Per United Press Acreocia&iou.) WELLINGTON, April 21. The resignation of the Rev. Father Keogh, rector of St. Patrick's College, has been accepted. He will be succeeded by-Dr Kennedy, of Meannec, who will be replaced by Dean Smith, of Hastings.
