Troops preparing to Invade the
Oapital.
CONSTANTINOPLE, April 16. The attitude of the Constantinople troops towards civilians and foreigners is irreproachable.
The Young Turks at Salonika are apparently under the impression that the Constitution has been abolished, and are arranging to march to Constantinople with the third army corps. Jazi Bey is expected to bring 10,000 volunteers from Salonika.
