Heavy Rain in the Wairarapa
CARTERTON, March 30. Heavy cold rain fell here yesterday and last night. The surrounding districts show the effects of the deluge, Dalefield especially suffering. The creeks are flooded,and the water is over the road two feet in places. All the rivers are' fairly high.
