Blenheim Weather.
(Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, March 30. Heavy rain, accompanied by a bitterly cold wind, fell yesterday, and this morning, when the clouds lifted, a liberal coating of snow was observed on the ranges to the westward of Blenheim.
