SCHOOLBOY CHAMPIONSHIP.
Last Saturday afternoon the schoolboy championships were decided, K. Douglas (College), proving the winner, H. Langridge (Queen's Park) being- second, and E. Hardy (Bathwick Preparatory School), third. In all the distances last year's times were beaten, viz. 25yds, 16sece., against 16 2-ssecs last year; 50yds, 36gsec. as against 38secs; 75yds; 58 l-ssec, as against 59 3-ssecs. and 100 yds, 83'secs., as against 87 2-ssecs. All the races were well contested, the wins being by but a few feet only in each instance. The following are the results: — 25 Yards. — K. Douglas 1, H. Langrid"e 2, E. Hardy 3.
